AMP Services Oy is taking the next step in its growth journey and strengthening its position in industrial maintenance by acquiring the operations of Nykarleby Saneringstj\u00e4nst. The acquisition is a strategic move in the company\u2019s long-term plan to offer the most comprehensive and reliable industrial maintenance services in Ostrobothnia.

AMP Services, based in Larsmo, provides maintenance services to industrial companies, private clients, and property managers, including steam de-icing, dry vacuuming, and industrial cleaning. With extensive experience and a large fleet of equipment, AMP Services has established itself as a reliable partner for customers seeking high quality and fast response times. The company regularly carries out assignments across Finland \u2013 from power plants and ports to construction projects, railways, and wind power facilities.

The company now takes the next step in its expansion by acquiring Nykarleby Saneringstj\u00e4nst, a well-established cleaning company operating in the region since 1994. The transaction will officially take place in the beginning of March. The company, which has four employees and several specially equipped vehicles, offers services such as dry vacuuming, wet vacuum excavation, pipeline inspection, and cleaning services for industry and properties.

The acquisition means that AMP Services will take over vehicles, equipment, and personnel, who will become an integrated part of the AMP Services organization. Through the acquisition, AMP Services\u2019 service offering is further expanded \u2013 particularly in the area of wet vacuum excavation, which now becomes a new strategic complement to the company\u2019s already strong industrial maintenance services. At the same time, the company will continue to offer its established services for private clients, including roof washing and painting, where opportunities for further growth are also identified.

In recent years, AMP Services has carried out several strategic initiatives and acquisitions, including the introduction of new services such as frost thawing with Heatwork. The company is currently constructing a new facility in Larsmo as a long-term investment for the future, with modern industrial spaces and functional social areas for staff \u2013 an investment that strengthens operations, improves the working environment, and provides solid foundations for continued development and growth. Together, these investments represent a clear part of the company\u2019s long-term growth strategy, focusing on combining technical expertise, modern equipment, and high service reliability.
