Access to the system requires a username and password. The system is also protected by firewalls and other technical means. The information in the register is accessible only to a predetermined number of employees. The data in the register is stored in locked premises.<\/p><p><strong>9. The Data Subject\u2019s Right to Prohibit Use<\/strong><\/p><p>A data subject has the right to prohibit the data controller from processing personal data concerning him or her.
